LEGAL NOTICE

COINGENTIA operates as a strategic infrastructure, interoperability, special custody, and non-traditional digital certification platform focused on the validation, traceability, coordination, issuance, and integration of intangible assets, Real World Assets (RWA), and digitally structured operational systems.

COINGENTIA is not a conventional retail bank, public deposit institution, securities broker-dealer, public exchange, consumer lending platform, or unauthorized financial intermediary. Its activities are structured as private operational coordination, documentary validation, interoperability, traceability, special custody, and non-traditional digital certification services adapted to the jurisdiction where each operation is deployed.

As part of its infrastructure model, COINGENTIA may facilitate the issuance, registration, validation, interoperability, traceability, tokenization, and digital coordination of non-traditional digital certificates associated with private operational systems, documentary frameworks, institutional processes, asset-linked structures, interoperability environments, identity systems, blockchain-based registries, and digitally coordinated exchange environments.

Such certificates may, where operationally applicable, be represented through tokenized structures, blockchain protocols, interoperable wallet environments, or digitally coordinated exchange systems for purposes of traceability, operational transferability, interoperability, validation, registry synchronization, documentary integrity, or institutional coordination.

These certificates, tokenized representations, or interoperable digital structures are not automatically intended to constitute regulated securities, public investment instruments, collective investment schemes, deposit products, legal tender, or financial guarantees unless expressly classified as such by the competent authority within the applicable jurisdiction.

Where applicable, COINGENTIA operates under the operational guidelines associated with BDF Mozambique and under the review, coordination, or procedural oversight of qualified ICC-aligned advisory structures.
